Meh, they bring in large numbers of kids who probably shouldn't be in law school. If the kids are signing up, whose to fault them?

Southern for accepting them in the first place?

Imagine paying for Tulane Law and being in the 25% that failed.

LSU Stacked.

Why is Tulane behind LSU? They used to be much closer. These are kids that want to take the bar in La right?

WTF is wrong with Tulane? Weren't they much higher a few years ago?

Southern's part time program is historically higher than their full time program. IDK if they report them together.

I expected LSU to be top. But I didn't expect Loyola to edge out Tulane.

So what if students pass or fail? Race, gender, and sexuality of the students is what is most important!!

Why is Tulane so low?

Probably because they teach both civil and common law curriculums. Most folks that go to Tulane plan on leaving and going back to a common law jurisdiction like where they came from, but then decide to stay and take the bar (Louisiana is a civil law state). They end up usually failing it because they didn't learn any civil law. Happened to several folks in my class.

first time takers out performed those who’ve failed before?

Oddly enough this also explains high divorce rates

Yeah....

Maybe someone can confirm this, but I think they have two separate programs. One is their standard track, and the other is the track that is geared towards people with full time jobs. Wonder if they are grouping them together for this report or not.

But those numbers are really bad. Southern is doing a disservice to their students by taking their tuition and not preparing them for the future.

Some of those will probably be practicing out of state and took the Louisiana exam for the hell of it without much preparation.
