Id be livid if my daughter/son were at a private party I was also at and the damn principal decided activities violated his moral code.
His actions are completely indefensible from every single angle.

This was an after homecoming private party with music and her friends. Not Tabernacle.
Going out on a limb here, but a white girl with a 4.2 GPA probably doesn't make it out of the first round of a twerking competition.

Livingston Parish has a good thing going with it's schools. This principal appears to have jeopardized it by exposing the school and the LPSB to a lawsuit that the ACLU could really run with.
I'm sure someone is scouring social media now for dirt on the principal, asst principal, faculty, and their families...other students too.

The article had "twerking" in quotes. They could have been doing it in a joking "just having fun with it" way. After all we are talking about HS kids.
Yall are some judgmental fricks. "Oh a HS student is "twerking" at a HS party in which parents are supervising. Those parents are trashy".
If the kids were out and about, drinking and getting into trouble you would be asking "where is the parents". This is a new world to me because today the parents are a lot more involved. They are allowing the kids have fun in a supervised environment. I think that's a responsible thing to do.
We used to go out, everyone meet up at a certain place where there were no parents. A lot of drinking, fighting and other things would go down that were much worse than a student who is top of her class "twerking" at a private party with parents there.
