It's a mcmansion on a golf course in florida. trump estimated it between $427 million and $612 million. And the judge didn't just make up a mysterious figure - the city of palm beach's appraisers put it at $18 million and $27.6 million. Even gold toilets are not raising you up $500 million

Oh I also think Trump’s numbers are BS. I am not an appraiser, and couldn’t tell you what it’s worth, but 18 million seems ridiculously low. 27 million I could believe

And we now have a perfect example of what a “shite for brains” thinks….that a tax assessment is equal to FMV…..Dear God I know sociology degrees are worthless but this proves it. Remember I like my iced coffee light on the ice with a hint of cinnamon!

A McMansion?
A McMansion is 4000+ sf’ on a 1/2 acre lot in the suburbs.
Trumps Properties are equivalent to Palaces and Resorts in this case.
Mar-a-Lago is also a business producing income and revenues, they’re a thing called EBITDA, but that’s way above your little brain.
The valuation for this property would be a very specialized valuation on the business side and then an appraisal on the real estate.
That resort could have so many potentials that could likely put it at a $1B value easily.
If Trump didn’t use it as his primary residence, he could carve it up into several businesses etc…
Zoning is the only thing I’m not sure about, but I bet he could generate Multi-Millions in revenue every MONTH.
Think of a hotel room on the beach in a 5-star hotel, you’re paying $500-1,000+ plus per night. How many hotel rooms could he buildout at that property?
Maybe he could do a substantial development, pre-sale condos and have mixed use with storefronts etc…
The place is endless on what he could likely do with 20 acres of prime real estate!
