Camp truck. Only two wheel drive but I need more ground clearance for hunting club roads and I have a small winch in front for emergencies. Don’t hate. It was essentially gifted to me.
What is easiest way to get 3-4 inches of clearance?

Rims that are 6-8" bigger than stock.

Won’t I have to lift it for bigger tires do fit?

probably. probably need to cut some fenders too. 3-4" of ground clearance is more work than just a lift. What size rims and tires are on it now?

bilstein shocks with the coil perch on the top notch for the front. add a leaf in the rear with longer shocks. larger rims/tires.

2wd just left at the camp, you need to think old school like your daddy did in the 80s. 29s on the front, 33' buckshot pizza cutters out back,
