If you've taken even a second to listen to him, you'd understand that his objective is to show the people who McCarthy (and the rest of the GOPe) work for.
In other words, he's saying that everything McCarthy is doing (opposition to Dems) is performative.
You really should take the time to go listen to any of the 50 interviews Gaetz has done.
