Problem in general is that it doesn’t ramp up enough or peter out completely.
I’d rather it just peter out completely but without putting the upstanding young gentlemen in the gray bar hotel, it doesn’t tend to work that way.

I send in 50 white cops and arrest them all. If they get rowdy, keep cuffing and stuffing.

That would be an easy fix.
Every time a call comes in in that area, the dispatchers say, we are waiting to get non white officers that respond. All non white officers are currently on calls so we will send one as soon as we can

Nope. You lock all the smartasses up. They have to go to jail for obstruction.

IIRC, they can’t form a new county due to the limits in place. However, could they theoretically attempt to move from Fulton to Gwinnett or some other suburban contiguous county?

I think back to all the racial progress we had made in the 80s and 90s and it boggles my mind how all that progress was erased in less than a decade. And what’s emerged now is rampant overt racism by blacks against whites.

Where in the hell were the other cops?
That guy was being surrounded and hounded by a group of thugs, and none of his fellow cops were helping clear the area. He could easily have been overpowered and harmed.
Several of those people could have been arrested for threatening behavior.
If I was him, I'd apply for a cop job in another city. The black cops clearly didn't have his back.

Fulton county is not Atlanta. There are a number of cities at and north of 285 (Sandy Springs, Roswell, Alpharetta, etc.) that are all in Fulton County and nothing like Atlanta.
ETA there are many cities on the south side that are not Atlanta that are very much like Atlanta.
