Winston is NOT starting

Carr was never playing today, that was just said to hopefully keep Tampa guessing but they knew Carr wasn’t playing most likely too. He might return quickly but he was never going to play one week after a sprained ac joint in his throwing shoulder. He will need at least this week off. Hopefully he plays next week but I think we see Winston for 2-3 weeks before Carr is ready to go.
