I see this repeatedly said on here. What sources do you have to back this claim?

Texas and A&M I will give you, but OU?
There is plenty of money to be had for LSU NIL. It was just posted earlier this year that since 2003, LSU athletics has received second most overall donations behind only Georgia (IIRC) in the SEC. Yes even Bama and A&M and even OSU were behind LSU. There is plenty money for LSU to use.

I think the issue is that BK either doesn’t know how to use NIL (vestiges of Orgeron all over again) or he flat out won’t do what’s necessary. Either would make sense since he talks non-stop about taking lower ranked Louisiana transfers to LSU rather than going hard in the paint for the big fish.

ETA: found it here. According to this, LSU is 7th nationally in athletic donations since 2005, but behind Texas, A&M, UF, and UGA in conference.

That money is going toward coaches salaries, facilities, etc. Apparently not to recruiting.

Like I said if we do have the money and as you posted we do then it is not showing up on the field or recruiting.

Can TAF legally make NIL deals with athletes? Isn't it on private businesses to secure these deals?

If so, how does TAF influence recruiting directly through NIL?
