GA has a Republican legislature, Governor, and AG.

They cower for the same reason that the DC Congress did re the '20 election fraud...because they know the corrupt MSM will establish a false narrative and paint them a 'dictators and racists', and the gas lighting therein will cause the BLM/Antifa hoards to begin burning, pillaging and destroying the cities like they did when Trump was POTUS. And what God-fearing responsible 'public servant' would want that blood on their hands.
We are on the political 'Titanic' and there is no way the 'iceberg' can be avoided. These cowards just kick the collision can down the road just like the outlandish 'Omnibus Bills' that move the USD toward total collapse.
The Transnational Progressive Left cheers as they know that the Constitutional Republic/God-given INALIENABLE Rights Principle MUST go down, lest their total Global control hegemony be stalled. And the cowardly 'RINOs' bow to the 'Beast'.

They aren’t handcuffed, they are doing exactly what they want to do: exclude their base from the political process while maintaining control of the state on behalf of their donors and globalist bosses.
