This seems harsh, particularly since you left out the second part of the sentence. The important part that said “rather than.”
I don’t want student loans zeroed AND I want to quit sending billions to Ukraine. But if I have to choose one, since our government is hellbent on spending money we don’t have in the first place, I’m picking Americans to benefit. Every single time.
