Kiffin vs House, who ends up being more inept?

Kiffin completely abysmal record vs teams that end up with 9 wins on the season (1 win in 20 tries), vs a defensive coordinator that has been very subpar to say the least.
I see this as a shootout on the order of 38-34. Who ends up with 38 is the question.
