Well, it does need to be narrowed down because the problem immediately becomes what you consider “the swamp” is very likely not the same as what I consider the swamp. I take it you’re assuming I’m supposed to basically naturally assume those two Justices are card carrying members of the swamp, and Trump added to the swamp by virtue of their nominations and confirmations?
