No less than any other such nomination by any other President under same or similar circumstances. I believe it’s certainly a “group effort” and there are many factors and considerations, some of which we’d expect, others we may find harsh or “distasteful.” But ultimately I do believe the President makes the final call on the nominee, obviously. What are you getting at here? Narrow it down a tad and maybe I can better answer.
