This statement is mind boggling to me. How can this team not have had a physical therapist on staff?

Agreed. It is mind boggling for a company in the high risk for injury business, and worth north of a billion dollars to just be getting up to speed with this. This isn’t 1970s ABA.

It’s probably something they third partied with doctors that performed surgeries.
