Caleb Slover was under a thorough investigation that initially prompted his suspension.
So we know what the investigation and suspension were about?

I mean, it’s easy to believe the story told by the coach especially considering the comment made by the vice principle, but just curious to see if there was more to this story.

An unnamed school in North Louisiana had a practice of letting the coach have the vending machine revenue as an off the books supplement. They hired a new guy who pissed off some of the old boosters and suddenly they "discovered" he was raking off money from the vending machines. That's a firing offense of course.

Was about to ask the same thing. Simple disagreements about playing time wouldn't seem to warrant a suspension on their own.

I wonder if he said something inappropriate to a player/parent/booster who was giving him grief.
