this right here.
picked me up a delicious cheeseburger and tator tots yesterday for under $10, and that place is always packed for lunch.
Can't say for certain, but i'm about 95% sure they aren't using frozen patties. It's fresh ground meat patties.

Few of my favorites that haven't been mentioned.
Louie's
The Shell station on Perkins, between Bluebonnet and Siegen has a mighty fine burger that's cheap.
Tramonte's makes a good burger and they sell cases of frozen patties that are great for a barbecue or throwdown weeknight dinner.
