I don't. Not yet. I think he is above average for a 77 year old. Unfortunately most people start to decline after 70 and that accelerates after 75. The comparison isn't Biden, it's the 45 year old option. That said it is pretty bad when Trump is literally making fun of Biden for his mental sharpness while making a mental mistake.

Quick lesson on the English language: "two" and "too" are pronounced the same, but mean different things. For bonus points, they're called "homonyms."

Quick lesson in English, two used in this manner is an adjective whereas too is an adverb. There's simply no way you can jam it in his sentence to make sense.
If the intent was to use 'too' he would have said "in a world war, too", instead he said "we would be in world war two very quickly".
