These are relatively stupid questions without more of a foundation. Billing at the completion of work is pretty normal. Providing a budget before invoicing is as well. What other stupid points would you like to attempt?
You argue like Paxton’s lawyers. I bring facts from the case, and you attempt summarily dismiss them by calling it stupid. Are you under the impression that all the evidence should have been presented by the prosecution in 27 hours?
If you over generalize, I can see your point, but when have you ever had $120k worth of improvements to your house where you never received an invoice until multiple months after the work was completed and not before? Did you have to pay anything for materials upfront? Because that is standard in the construction industry.
And I suppose it’s just a coincidence that the authorities were notified and within a day, payment had been made and an invoice was generated? That doesn’t seem suspicious to you?

It is not “standard” in the construction industry. I know of many manufacturers who don’t bill until shipment and then installers who don’t bill until completion of the project. Sometimes, you have to ask for an invoice for billing departments that are struggling.

You made a lot of assumptions based upon some facts that could mean anything. I pointed that out and you started whining like a little bitch.
