I love the High Line in Chelsea, but it will be too cold to use the courtyard in winter.
Any other hotels around Chelsea that you like?

The W Union Square and the Renaissance Chelsea are usually my go-to hotels down there.
If you want to spend more $$$, I've heard great things about the New York Edition
