Except that’s not the video, it’s just a snippet of some convo that took place after. Looks like her getting out of the vehicle

If I were a juror, the mere act of recording a "selfie video" in which the word "finna" was used would significantly increase the likelihood of me voting to convict.

To me, this little statement is key. It is evidence that this isn’t an isolated incident. They’ve done this before. That is a statement of someone who is totally desensitized to the act.
