Yes. It was in the outtakes but not the movie. It was not delivered as a serious critique of his acting or comedy in Liar Liar.
Liar Liar was the rare Jim Carrey movie where his physical comedy was somewhat restrained (unlike Ace Ventura, Dumb and Dumber, or The Mask for example).
And Liar Liar might be his second or third best movie behind D&D and The Mask.

Regarding physical only, you don’t think he was restrained in Dumb and Dumber (my favorite comedy of all-time)?
