With Perkins in spy all night, and not even going to say he looked lost half the time, at what point do you unleash him ??

He looked lost, some plays the ball carrier just ran by him with him giving minimum effort.

People won’t like this comment, but Perkins came off the edge quite a bit last night but mostly got blocked by the FSU OT’s. He just lost a lot of those 1 v 1 matchups when he did come.

Yes and how to not be productive on offense. The coaching staff all together gave a "how to" not give your team a chance. Points are all that matters. The offense is so limited with Daniels.

Daniels is not a SEC qb and will never play a meaningful snap in the NFL. With no rushing attack, you have to be able to throw the ball downfield. He can not and will not even try to do so. He did not improve, and the team will not succeed with him at qb. He needs a great defense and an outstanding running back for him to be a decent qb. Yards are cute, but they came with passes at the LOS and against backups at the end. Taking sacks, refusing to throw down field, inaccuracy down field, and throwing for 2 yards when you need 4 on 4th down will not cut it in big boy football.

Certainly not a good look for recruiting to see your star player out of position to make plays by coaching.

Steeples is laughing stock as well and hard to get recruits to play for him.

I wouldn't have thought it possible, but Perkins looked small, slow and confused last night.

Whatever we thought we were doing with the position change, I suggest we move him back to his greatest strength.

His lack of natural LB instincts really undercut his athletic ability. You could see he was pretty frustrated out there.

he was a spy like 70% of the time last year. it’s one of the things he does best.

Travis is a mobile QB. we needed someone to try and contain him and pressure him when the pocket breaks down.

Perkins failed to do that
