Wait what channels are they blacking out on att/U-verse? I don’t see anything blacked out but if it is about to happen let me know.

I don't have CBS and NBC was off for a bit. I think there may be one or two others.
I turned the TV on this afternoon and a message was on the screen telling about the new informational channel. I had to exit out of it.
