Those doing this probably don't need the pill. And good luck getting them to start lifting and eating properly now. It isn't going to happen except in a rare case of an individual that is really committed.

Peter Attia talks about his patients and how the lean muscle loss exceeded his expectations. He tracked this with DEXA scans before and after the use of these meds.

There is a definite trade off. Now, what does that mean long term? We shall see.

thats why i said if its used as a kick start for a healthier lifestyle

yea read that and saw some other research on it. thats where i got my numbers from


again it is a trade off. but those that us it...will be smaller which has health benifits in and of itself

those that take it and use it as a jump start will see major changes for the better health wise and look way better naked.
