You can go to many of the BJJ gyms in the area and grapple with some of the female athletes to get a better idea how you would fare. I think some of you would wake up surprised.

My wife is 135 lbs, now add in the mma/strength training. I still outweigh her by 75 lbs. If she kicked me in the nuts I would fold like a paper fan but if I tackled her and got on top I don't think she she would have the strength to out wrestle me and escape.

Many years ago I rolled with a few folks at a BJJ place. Yes...under normal restraint they made me look silly. That said, it wasn't with a woman that was 60-80lb smaller than me and it wasn't in a "fight".
