Motorized wheel barrow with narrow treads <36”

Anyone have any luck with these? My dad is getting older and has a bunch of trails and elevation changes to manage on his property.

What do you need to do with it? I’m not familiar with a “motorized wheelbarrow” except something like a Georgia Buggy.
What about a pull behind cart, like a Gorilla Cart? You could pull it with a small ATV or something.

I know Makita has one. I used to pull a gorilla cart with my 4 wheeler just fine though.

The already mentioned Makitas are pretty solid but made for contractors, so not cheap and also requires two of the bigger 18V batteries. We have a powered cart for field work with my unit's mission but it's a $5000 machine. I've seen wheelbarrow-looking units for under $1000 but no experience with them.
