Well he's citing the federal law and Georgia is relying on its state version which I'm sure does not have that requirement

When is Stacy Abrams getting indicted? Oh, and when are her co-conspirators like Kamala getting indicted as well?

What are your specific acts that constitute felonies?

They have a list in the definitions section

The "He or She" part fails.

As an attorney, what bothers me about this indictment is the brazen disregard for attorney client privilege...... how can they indict his lawyers for conversations held in private. seems like slippery slope to me. Thoughts?

Good info, but he's not charged with a violation of Federal law. He is charged with a violation of GA state law which the DA has successfully used to convict Atlanta public school teachers.

You know that A-C privilege doesn't apply to criminal behavior, ASSUMING they can prove the illegality.

This is what lots of people hate about the law. It’s written by lawyers, so only lawyers can understand it, and so that lawyers can use the same law and say it means two diametrically opposed things.

They are not the "same law" you reference

Not an SFP Homey, but if y’all cannot separate federal laws from state laws, y’all have real problems in arguing your points.

I have no idea how he’s getting down votes for pointing out the simple fact.

This should have to happen first before the A-C communication is allowed in.

I do. But criminality is a question for judge / jury. So, that comes at the end. Before then, how can a lawyer be compelled to testify against or even give an interview against his client. [Note: It is the "clients privilege" and not the attorney. ]

I mean I know this happened with the federal prosecution (via hearing/judicial ruling). I'm assumingit happened in GA, too.
