A couple of things:
1. That ain't the first time those two women have been hit. They can take a punch.
2. The Mayor and Police Chief make a bold statement -
THERE IS ZERO TOLERANCE!!! If anyone initiates or takes part in any type of public fight in Bossier City… YOU WILL BE ARRESTED AND YOU ARE GOING TO JAIL. After being arrested you will be persecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This type of behavior will not be tolerated.
Then the police admit that didn't happen.
There were four arrests made by citation as a result of this incident.
So people got a ticket. Don't bluster and say you are cracking down and then don't do it.

I tried looking for the video on Twitter to send to a friend, and when I typed in 'Bossier City fight' the only thing that kept appearing was "the most miserable cities to live in the US." lol can't make this shite up.

Glad to see that persecution will be allowed to the fullest extent. Feel that a true lack of persecution exists today but it's alive and well in Bossier thankfully. Guess being prosecuted went right out the window.
