My parents live in a small but really nice neighborhood. Average house would sell for $1m or more. Their next door neighbor is a Baptist preacher who gets his congregation to do the yard work.

My Catholic Church recently got a new father who’s first sermon was a rant about how abortions are sacrifices to Moloch. I like this new guy

My family went to Our Savior's in Lafayette for a good while until I found out where the lead pastor lived. In a $1.2 million dollar home out in Maurice. Plus, Don's Wholesale donates luxury vehicles to he and his wife.
You don't have to be poor to preach, but damn, live a little more modest.
