Redemtorist team speed is just so much faster than Parkview.

Notre Dame will move on...though this will be their last win this year
Parkview over RHS...this is one of those "if these teams played 10 times they'd split 5-5" games
Lutcher over Amite is my upset special...although it will be very close. Amite is TOUGH this year.
Westlake over Cecilia...they are gonna be tough for anyone to beat
Westlake is probably the best team in 3A, but I think the winner of the Lutcher/Amite game will be your eventual state champs.

I'll take Notre Dame over Richwood, but they'll have some physical matchup problems...wouldn't be shocked if it went the other way.
I agree with this. Richwood has a better than average chance to send ND packing.

its hard to beat a team such as parkview twice
i also think you are mentally retarded for predicting that rhs will win by more than 14 points like they did last time. a game in which pbs was actually winning first.
pbs doesnt have the speed or the atheletes that the wolves have!!! with the game @ THE ROCK the wolves will be ready to kill the eagles!!

Parkview wins by 14. I Watched both teams play and parkview looks like the team to beat.
You're acknowledging that Parkview is good, but do you realize that Parkview beat Cecilia on the last play of the game two years in a row?

Westlake by 28. Westlake's second team gives up a late touchdown and they will score 35 like the last 2 weeks

Not being a dick, but could you let me know why you think this. Unless Richwood is better than Parkview or Redemp, i don't think they have a shot. My friend coaches at ND and said richwood is athletic but not near as physical as they are. I've been to about 6 ND games this year, and they are physical

Let me stress that I am picking Notre Dame to win by a slight margin with the game being at Richwood. But I wouldn't be shocked either if Richwood pulls off the upset.
Being that they haven't played neither team, let's use Rayville as an example. Parkview (at home) beats Rayville 42-19. On the other hand, Richwood (on the road) beats Rayville 46-14. I know this can't be used as a reliable reference, but it the only way I found to compare Richwood and either team you mentioned.
Does Notre Dame go into this game over confident? That could be bad news in itself.
Sure your friend, the Notre Dame coach, knows they are more physical. As a matter of fact, I bet Richwood’s coach knows that Richwood is more physical.

Big deal. The JV gave up 2 more points and scored 4 more points.
What was the first quarter score?
Second quarter score?
Was it raining?
What week was it?
Any injuries?
My point is comparing a game between Team A v. Team B to a game where it was Team B v. Team C is rarely a reliable predictor of the outcome of Team A v. Team C. (matchups are different, along with the other factors i mentioned earlier)
FYI, Home field is not that big of a deal unless you are playing in a large enough stadium where noise could be a factor.

If you would read my post, you would have noticed the following part: I know this can't be used as a reliable reference, but it the only way I found to compare Richwood and either team you mentioned.
I am simply stating that for someone to state "Unless Richwood is better than Parkview or Redemp, i don't think they have a shot.", doesn't make sense. Why should Richwood have to be as good as either team to have a shot? Notre Dame hasn't played either team.
FYI, I never said it was a big deal, although it does play as a factor.

Because I've seen both teams play and Richwood has better athletes than Notre Dame...I agree Notre Dame is physical, that's why they are where they are, but there's a decent chance they could get "out-athleted" like what happened against Patterson last year.
Again, my mind tells me to go with Louis Cook and the Pioneers, but a Richwood win would not surprise me in the least bit. In fact, if I were a betting man - which I'm not - I would not put money on this game one way or the other.

I'm not going to jump into the argument here, but as was reading that's what came to mind first. HS road teams is nowhere near like college FB or the NFL.
Playing on the road in HS is usually overated unless the home team has very vocal/loud crowd, travel distance/daily routine might be a factor, and officials. During the playoffs teams get crews from different areas of the state but during the regular season some officials give some of that home cookin' loving.

That would be an incorrect statement. Westlake has a good chance but they will face a major test next week from either Amite or Lutcher.

I love how not one person picked Cecilia to win. Go Bulldogs. Beat Lutcher.
