That's the funny part. You somehow believe the law says that Joe Biden has to take direct payment to have committed a felony. That would be a mistake.
Joe Biden committed a felony or multiple felonies and there are all the records and data in the world to prove it.
If Joe Biden performs a political act at the behest of a foriegn actor and his son or some other family member receives payment, that is a violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Here is a link to that act just in case you care to dispute what I wrote.
Here's a copy of another pertinent US code.
Joe Biden is as guilty as sin. You do realize Ed Schwerin, Hunter's business partner managed Joe Biden's personal finances, right? He even did his taxes.
BTW Ed Schwerin didn't kill himself.

Yeah thats right. And we didnt find claimed income on his tax return for kickbacks either so there, he is innocent, innocent Im telling ya.
What a clown, I hope you are trolling, no one is that stupid to believe that proves innocence.
A friggin deposit into his own bank account, whats next, they didnt specifically denote "bribe" when they made the payment
