Maybe not today, tomorrow or next week but things will get better.
Now is the time to find a new hobby, travel, do something you’ve always wanted.
Honestly one of the things that helped me after a long relationship ended was volunteering at an animal shelter.
The key is to keep yourself active, no time to dwell on the bad things.

I know it’s easier said than done, but you have to break yourself out of that.
Visit friends and family and actually be there in the moment with them. If you start feeling down then politely excuse yourself and leave. Eventually you will be out of your funk, but you at least won’t have to be alone until you aren’t depressed.

You're going to make a self fulfilling prophecy if you're not careful. Don't take the coward's way out. Be a man and grow from it. Some guys get their legs blown off of them in their 20s and if they can make it, so can you. The pain will pass unless you make it your only focus, which is what you are doing. There's plenty of good women out there. Just be a good dude and you'll find one. At least you got one of the wrong ones out of your life.
