You should buy a legitimate seat next to you if you bring child to the game. Holding a child on your lap in Tiger STadium is not the easiest or safest thing to do. Also it can be a nightmare for those sitting next to you. Why limit the other fan's aggressive high fives that go around after the Tigers score? Someone holding a one year old (especially a small or frail carrier) puts the child at risk. Most everybody would try to be careful around a child but that is a packed situation.
