Seems like just about any shop could do this easily. I'm pretty sure it just screws into the exhaust manifold like any other car and has 1 plug on it.

Go nowhere else.

Brian Normand is a fantastic mechanic but more importantly, he is the most honest man I know.

You don’t need a good mechanic….you need a cheap mechanic. That part screws into the exhaust and a single wire attaches to it. If I was anywhere near your area, I would do it for free.

How does he know he needs an O2 sensor? A code for that means the problem is in that circuit, not necessarily the sensor. I have seen a tech change a part without doing diagnosis and the customer he obviously had 2 problems.

The customer's biggest problem is a tech who is incompetent or dishonest or both.

Find a good honest place and let they them determine why the CEL is on.
