Have you looked at China's economic numbers? They're beyond fricked and there's no way out of it. We're cutting imports and their demography won't allow a domestic consumption-led recovery.

Some of these posters are pulling for Putin and Xi at this point. It is a war of attrition at this point. China is going to try and do as much as it can without pissing us off too much. The US is trying to push Russia and China without backing them into a corner too quickly and something rash happening.

Did you ever stop and think that China is supporting Russia to make Russia dependent upon China? Russia and China are both BRICS countries and members of the Shanghai Co-op. Prior to 2022 Russia and China were equals in the Shanghai Co-op. If things continue the same way they have for the past 17 months then Russia will be economically dependent on China as its main export market and China will replace Europe as Russia’s primary import market. China has a strategic interest in making Russia dependent upon China because it will then have an energy source that is under its thumb and have the leverage over China to force Russia to bend to China’s will with its rail infrastructure to Europe.
