The women behind the Manhattan Project that Nolan's new film 'Oppenheimer' completely ignored

Can you believe this woman hating, misogynistic, nazi, fascist, racist, anti-Semitic, Hitler loving, probably pedophile would DARE do this???????
Time to boycott Oppenheimer and every single film Nolan has touched!!!! He should never be heard from again and should be sentenced to 20 years hard labor in a Putin controlled gulag!!!!
Obvious he hates any Asian people because he did a movie glorifying the killing of Japanese people.

Yeah, she did a great job fetching coffee for the men

These constantly aggrieved people are insufferable.

I saw this movie this past weekend. I think that a woman was portrayed perfectly in a couple of scenes.

Was the movie named “The Manhattan Project” or was it named OPPENHEIMER?

My granddaughter wanted to go, I took her and the film was pretty disappointing. First movie I have attended in probably 10 years.
Way too long, its a biopic and has little in the way of historical information.
If you really like movies, you'll enjoy it. If you want to learn something, you probably will not.

Are these the same sassy black women that created our space program?

The film was about J. Robert Oppenheimer, not the Manhattan Project. The atomic bomb program only made up about a third of the movie, the rest dealt with the character's backstory and the fallout from Trinity and the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
People will bitch just to bitch.

The first two women the article discusses were in the movie. Yet the title says they were “completely ignored”.

Those geniuses would have never built the bomb without someone getting them coffee.

The thing that pisses me off the most about so many of these idiots desperately trying to make up stories about how "women really were the ones that did it" or "Blacks built this country" is it detracts from the truly great women and minorities who actually DID do something incredible. Trying to take away the real accomplishments of others and credit people who were around them that had the right skin color or sex is just stupid.
Marie Curie for instance or Booker T Washington were truly incredible people that overcame true sexism and racism to succeed. You barely hear about them though because they didn't play the victim, they just got stuff done.

There’s a movie just for them and it’s called Barbie.

Well, when the film is called “Oppenheimer”, one would think the film is about him rather than every other member of the fricking team.
