Four absolute embarassing games. Three for losses. Same mistakes over and over and over again. Thats poor coaching. The players are playing like goats, but they're full of tallent. Its up to the coaches to develop them. Though I'm a Miles fan, he is definately not earning his $3mil pay. He owes LSU a refund for this year. I don't mind 7/3 or 8/4, but the blowouts piss me off. Hope Miles makes some major Def. coaching changes, or he may have to look for a new $3mil job.

I'm guessing he mean UF, UGA, Troy, and old miss.

Correct. I was damn proud of the Alabama game. We could have won that with our 4th string quarterback. Miles was out coached in that one also.

I would love to hear your explanation of this one.

Miles has been outcoached this year, but not against Alabama. Nick was outcoached by LSU's staff that game.

not sure how accurate these numbers are:
The Top 10 salaries:

1. Charlie Weis, Notre Dame, $4.2 million.
2. Pete Carroll, USC, $3.8 million.
3. Les Miles, LSU, $3.751 million.
4. Nick Saban, Alabama, $3.750 million.
5. Bob Stoops, Oklahoma, $3.5 million.
6. Urban Henry, Florida, $3.3 million.
7. Kirk Ferentz, Iowa, $3.0 million.
8. Mack Brown, Texas, $2.9 million.
9. Bobby Petrino, Arkansas, $2.8 million.
10. Tommy Tuberville, Auburn, $2.8 million

Dude, I didn't know you were such a Les Miles apologist.

Who's fault is this abortion of a season, if not his??

If he get credit for the NC, then he also gets credit for the downward spiral that is this football season.

I wonder how many people are posting from work calling for Miles' head for not doing his job?

His job is to fix this problem. This is really the first solid evidence of failure on his part. He can fix it if he chooses to.

PS: I hope your bosses are more forgiving than you if they catch you posting from work.

Lee was a one man wrecking crew. The whole team played hard, but QB mistakes killed us. It was tinme to pull him and Mile wouldn't. Hell the walk-on could have at least kept us in the game.

Lee's time will come and he'll have a great future, but his year sure wasn't it.

An abortion of a season? Nice language. Apparently you missed the abomination that was 2002..

Whoa, check out Ferentz at 3 million/year. You think the fans in Iowa City have little bigger beef (or corn, I guess) than we do about earning your pay?

I think the success of any relationship is based on having expectations aligned. If you expect something from another person that they simply can't provide, then you'll constantly be dissatisfied and unhappy.

As for Les Miles, the three-year magic carpet ride that he enjoyed after inheriting a team/program that was on the rise is over. Now it's all him (his players, his coaches, his coaching).

Once I realized that he's a cross between Curley Hallman and Larry Coker, I found absolute clarity. My expectations came down and now I don't fault him for the consistently poor performance of the team. He's doing all he can.

Les Miles = Curley Coker. Consider it, say it outloud, embrace it, live it. It's a wonderful feeling. It's peace.

Hey very young Bil Murray, who do you think is bringing in players like Paterick Peterson, Phelon Jones, Chad Jones? Seriously do you really think Jon Zenon the Cornerback is even close in talent to Freshman Cornersback Patrick Peterson?
