I ran a google search on "gender affirming surgery hospital" Four of the first five links were to surgery practices using the term "gender affirmation."
You are either a total idiot or willing to lie about basically anything.
P.S. Those surgeons probably get hundreds of thousands per patient for the procedures.
You and I must be ships passing in the night. Perhaps I didn't explain my point well.
My point relates to breast augmentation, tummy tucks, mommy makerovers, etc... I'm not aware of any physician who advertises or refers to those types of surgeries as "gender affirming". Additionally, I'm not aware of any woman who elects to have one those surgeries refer to as a "gender affirming" surgery.
It was in response to the comment:

Women who get breast implants have body dysphoria on what they think their gender should look like.
They mutilate their bodies and insert foreign materials in it. Why do you think they are altering their sex organs?
They try to "affirm" their bodies for their gender.

I don't think they're, "affirming their gender." I think they just want to look better. It's akin to covering blemishes with makeup or wearing spandex to hide cellulite.
They're not under the illusion that they're not women. They know what they are. They just don't like the way they look. We could debate the ramifications of being on some unhappiness/insecurity spectrum, but yeah, a lot of women are unhappy. News at 11.
