I don't think anyone has argued that.

This is a literal "who will think of the children" example used to increase state authority over citizens (likely illegally). Even worse, this is an attempt to exert authoritarian power to undermine the federal system people like Landry claim to support.

Are they skirting parental notification law if it's not the law of the state where they're having the procedure?

whatever they do inside California should be covered by their laws am i wrong?
