This shite happens to me every once in a while but always goes away. Sometimes I can feel my heart sort of skip a beat as well. I actually was at the gym today doing a simple back exercise and my chest felt tight. Then it would feel tight when I would breathe. I am wondering if it’s stressed because of heat and maybe dehydration.

I went to a cardiologist as I was having that a lot and some chest tightness. Everything came back fine. There is a name for what that skip feeling is called and its very common.
