Maybe this is better suited for the tech board, but looking for some insight here.

First, I'm not looking to permanently install a TV on the front porch or back patio. I just want the ability to be able to put one on Saturday's in the fall when the weather cools for college football.

I've got Comcast and a spare TV...I just don't know how/the best way to do it with cable. Any ideas? Can it even be done?

ETA: Maybe even a projector would work, and I'm not opposed to purchasing one. How would the sound work, though?

Switch to one of the streaming services. I have YouTube TV and I can move a tv anywhere I have WiFi and power

Either buy or make sure your current TV can connect to Wi-Fi. Log into watchESPN app on TV using your comcast login.

I second the cart idea. I have an old TV mounted to one and have a Chromecast TV plugged in with the streaming services. Can move it room to room (I don't have TVs in the bedrooms) or outside as needed. Definitely convenient if you don't want to worry about permanently installing one

Consider a hdmi splitter box.

I use one for my Direct TV for signal to to the kitchen tv.

You take the hdmi output of Comcast receiver, connect to a hdmi splitter- one input, two outputs.

In my case one output goes to my family room tv, the other output to my kitchen tv.

Less than $15 on Amazon, it is a game changer.

I like using chrome casts on game days. That way all the TVs are showing the same thing instead of plus or minus 30 seconds. Nothing worse than being where you want to be but overhearing some action inside or in the other room or wherever. Asinine that only chrome cast has a solution for this but they’re cheap so whatever.

Who the hell permanently mounts a TV on the front porch of their house?

Do you want to invite thieves to take it in the middle of the night???

I can understand mounting one on the back patio where it's more out of sight of passersby and in a more secure spot, but the front porch.......
