Most underrated games in LSU history

Want to hear some thoughts on games that get glossed over but deserve more praise.
My vote is Arizona State in 2005. Immediately following Hurricane Katrina, game gets moved to ASU, Les goes for it on the first fourth down in his first game at LSU inside of our own 10 yard line, two special teams TDs to take the lead in the 4th Qtr (blocked FG by Wroten return for TD and blocked punt by Hester return for TD), and a late 4th and 10 TD to Doucet for the win. So many improbable plays to pull it out on the road against a top 15 team but it rarely gets mentioned. What are some other gems that we tend to forget about?

2012 v S. Carolina Jeremy Hill was a man on a mission

LSU/Arkansas 2013.
We scored 10 points in the final 5 minutes to win 31-27 on the road. Same game Jarvis Landry had his best catch at LSU.

2000 vs Mississippi State. By the team on the field and by the crowd in Tiger Stadium. Low key one of the greatest games in Tiger Stadium history LINK

Was 2013 at home.
Jarvis' catch was in 2012 on the road and we won that game 20-13
Unless the catch you are referring to is the one where he went over the DB's back and not his ACTUAL best catch at LSU

Yea that was Anthony Jennings coming out party.
To be fair, Landry's catch over that db was insane. Especially considering the situation. His corkscrew td the year before was just unreal though

1979. #1 Alabama, averaging 38 ppg, beat LSU 3-0 in Cholly Mac's Final year. This is the game that transformed 18 yr old Adajax from a casual Tiger fan into a diehard Tiger fan.

Said it before, will say it again: 2015 Ole Miss.
The worst team of the Miles era beat Ole Miss's best team in decades. Bo Wallace had a crowd-induced meltdown for the ages. The type of crowd performance you can show a kid to teach them what TS is all about. Kenny Hilliard stiff-armed a guy into the shadow realm. Rashard Robinson drew an unsportsmanlike by mocking the Land Shark gesture, but Jamal Adams offset it with a flop for the ages after Bo Wallace pushed him in front of a ref. Miles got a win for his mom who had just passed. A guy died in the stands celebrating the game winning play.
Iirc, the last drive was a 14 play drive, the first 13 of which were runs, before Miles turned play-action into an actual trick play (lmao) and Jennings threw our only TD of the night to break the Rebel's hearts 10-7.
Chef's kiss.

1988 beat Alabama in Birmingham. Derrick Thomas was a terror but we squeaked out a win and were SEC co-champs.

Top 10 Virginia Tech Week 2,2007. VaTech was one of the pre-season favorites to win it all. The Hokies entered the season returning nine starters on offense and eight on defense, including All-American cornerback Brandon Flowers and safety Kam Chancellor. LSU absolutely dismantled them, in every phase of the game. I mean it was a brutal, BRUTAL arse kicking. We ran for 300 and threw for 300. They only managed 159 total yards and 7 points. And the thing is, Va Tech was really good that year. They went on to finish 11-3 and won the ACC.

One of most unreal catches at LSU or anywhere ever

I nominate the 1972 Auburn game. It was perhaps the best game of Bert Jones's career at LSU. (Only loss suffered by Auburn that season.)
