So what do you do with the "extra time?" Read up on WWI or string theory? Or do you attend yet another meeting that runs over by 20m and gets nearly nothing done?
I like to exercise what is in between my ears, it's better than the alternative wastes of my time.

This. Having it write regexes alone makes it more than worthwhile for me. fricking hate missing one little piece of syntax in a nasty regex. ChatGPT has been a godsend on that front.
