Cowboy Bepop

Samurai Champloo

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood

Both Cowboy Bepop and Samurai Champloo were created by the same guy. Not too in-depth, meant for mature audiences.

Where do I find this streaming?

And to answer someone else’s question, I absolutely LOVED “The Last Airbender” miniseries on Netflix a couple years ago.

its got strong western themes and vibe to it so its not a strong culture shock as some others for a westerner to start with. Solid animation quality, kick arse sound track, good characters.

its a succinct series with about 25 episodes with not a ton of reliance from episode to episode. So its easily consumable. its not like some other series that are literally hundreds, or thousands of episodes long.

i think it is currently streaming on netflix. i havent watched through it in a few years and was quit literally thinking the other night i was overdue for one.

This.

And Trigun. Triguns overall story was better imo but SC was very very enjoyable.

Those happen to be the only two anime's I've ever watched So I can't recommend too many. Tried Cowboy Bepop but just couldn't get into it.
