Rather than starting another thread I wanted to piggyback on this one and ask about the Eero's. They are on sale with Cyber Monday and I am looking to upgrade my Orbi RbR50 mesh system with WiFi 6. Other than the subscription con, is there anything wrong with the Eero? Do they perform well? House is 2800sqft with a bonus room above the garage.

Dogshit. Do not buy. Arguably the worst

The best reasonably priced mesh system is the TPLink XE75. Blew my Google units out the water

They probably work super duper great with Echo and Ring and Blink devices and whatever else Amazon owns, but in my experience they cause a lot of problems with other things. Maybe it's bad luck or maybe I don't know wtf I'm doing, but I won't touch Eero again if I can help it.

That is a pretty big deal.
