Its all relative. Even .300 against lefties was still lower than what we hit overall. Didnt we hit about 15 points higher against righties?

Lefties with average stuff can be very effective. None of our lefties had the stuff that Skenes, Floyd, Hurd, Shores, or Edwards had. Yet they were effective, because most batters do better against right handed pitchers.

10-15 points lower is basically negligible

LSU led the SEC in hitting even when you split it righty vs lefty.
