Not necessarily favorite but I like hot sauce on pasta. Drives my wife nuts when she makes sauce and then watches me reach for a bottle.

I mix ketchup and siriacha for fries and roasted veggies. Cholula on eggs and anything from a chicken. Crystal on boiled potatoes. Tabasco/Crystal/Melindas on roast beef.

I put some Cholula on my spaghetti last night and loved it. Hence the thread. Was seeing who else might have put it on things that you don’t think of off the top of your head

Any pasta that’s cheesy or creamy is getting tons of hot sauce for me. Such a good combination.
