Soooo, basic Christianity is considered "extreme beliefs" by Glieberman.

Got it.

I hope this movie crushes it to spit in their face.

Soooo this is why it’s important to actually read something before commenting on it. Context is everything right? Maybe see the sentence BEFORE that statement. Not referring to Christianity at all

the film could be seen as adjacent to the alt-right paranoia that was originally stoked by 4Chan and QAnon: the wing-nut conspiracy theory about a Washington, D.C., pizza parlor being a front for a pedophile ring, extending into the larger conspiracy theory that says that the culture of liberalism is a racket to protect and cover up the actions of pedophiles.

All of that, let’s be clear, is insane nonsense. Yet let’s assume that, like me, you’re not a right-wing fundamentalist conspiracy theorist looking for a dark, faith-based suspense film to see over the holiday weekend.

by Glieberman.
He writes for Variety. Does he add unnecessary prose to insure his readers he isn't drinking the kool-aid? Yes. At least he's honest enough to give the movie a good review. He builds it up and promises a pay off that made him feel good.

The review doesn’t go there. I read it and the central idea is that the movie and the subject transcends personal political and religious labels.

The review clearly says you don’t need to be a 4chan/Qanon/Comet Pizzagate conspiracy theorist to be able to admire and appreciate the movie. This is what “extreme beliefs” is referencing.

Saying that, I thought a bit too much ink was spread on personally distancing, disavowing and stating unequivocally that the Comet Pizza story was false, baseless, and the invention of the fevered brains of conspiracy theorists. Swinging at a pitch not thrown.

So weird that someone felt the need to say this. But I guess that’s reflective of the times we live in.

I believe the message of this movie is important, but I’m still not sure I want to sit through it and feel disgusted by realities I can usually ignore.

Yep...I mean even the whole thinking the gov are protecting pedo is not extreme. Need I remind you that all democrats and govenrmen support this:

LINK

At a NYC pride march. No blow back nada...they want to noramlized pedoism and anyone against them is "extreme beliefs" anyone that call them out on it is "extreme beliefs."

Right there in broad daylight. Plans to rape little childrens and the gov do nothing NBC say its "normal". No wonder disney tried to sit on this movie after the fight they have with Florida over going after children.

Thats frick up.
