Looking at this chart I have really ok iron speed but my driver is awful.
I hit a 7 iron 165 or more. But Jesus my driver speed is slowwwwww

Mine is pretty spot on. In the simulator I was 100-105 pretty consistently. Irons are real close to the yardage I try and hit each to.

165 with a 7 iron is really good.

A standard driver shaft is 46 inches long now.

Maybe a 44 inch shaft would be something for you to consider?

I’ve often wondered if I would square the driver face more consistently with a shorter shaft? Sometimes I grip down, but I think that changes some of the flex.

Some guys on here can explain this better and may even have a “gap” driver with more loft and a shorter shaft.

The other consideration: maybe you have a great iron swing, where your angle of attack is down. However with a driver, you need the angle of attack going up- like +4. Get a monitor and check launch. Get a pro to check your setup to driver. Could be as simple as moving ball position forward so you are getting the club where it is moving up into the ball rather than down with the driver.

I would bet it's your angle of attack, not your swing speed.

Confidence in your swing has a lot to do with it. When I stopped worrying about OB and trying to “steer” the driver I gained quite a bit of distance.
