My parents asked me what i wanted for christmas. Long story short, i'm not getting a new truck. I thought a ps3 would be a cool present to get. I have an xbox 360, but im tired of having to continually renew my subscription to live and i also had 2 break on me. How often do yall use the blue ray player? do they break like the 360? Basically, is it worth the money?

I've had mine since launch and it's never crashed or froze. I also watch blurays often because I have a blockbuster online account.

blue-ray is great, I got mine when they came out and only one game freezes but its the disk and not the ps3.

I love my PS3 No issues at all and I use the Blue Ray all the time
